Contract duration/180/calendar days starting from the next day To deliver the work site, the tender will be conducted in accordance with the unified contract system for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 AD and the general conditions booklet issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004 AD, and in accordance with the special technical conditions booklet and the special legal and financial conditions booklet. The bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to The following conditions are the estimated value of the statement (462,700,000) Syrian pounds only: four hundred and sixty-two million and seven hundred thousand Syrian pounds only Initial deposits (5%) of the estimated statement value are valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer. Final deposits (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay for the duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer (60) days from the date of submission. Offers The duration of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer is (180) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order. All expenses, taxes, fees, and all expenses resulting from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp duty on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor..
