The tender shall be conducted in accordance with the unified contract system for public entities issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 AD and the book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004 AD, and in accordance with the book of special technical conditions and the book of special legal and financial conditions. It is considered The bidder is informed of the project file according to the following conditions. The estimated statement value is (508,460,000) Syrian pounds only. Five hundred and eight million and four hundred and sixty thousand Syrian pounds only. Initial deposits (5%) of the estimated statement value are valid until the end of the bidder’s engagement with his offer. Final deposits (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay for the duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer (60) days from the date of submission. Offers The period of engagement of the nominated contractor with his offer is (180) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order. All expenses, taxes, fees, and all expenses resulting from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp duty on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor..
