In the Syrian Arab Republic, this is exclusively by submitting a bank guarantee, a certified check, or via a bank transfer from his account to the public authority’s account, if any ((by order of the General Authority of the Martyr Basil al-Assad Hospital for Cardiac Diseases and Surgery in Damascus)) Final deposits: 10% of the contract value Implementation period: The materials are delivered in one batch within /120/ one hundred and twenty days from the date specified in the commencement order. The duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer is six months starting from the date of the end of submitting bids in accordance with the provisions of Article /25/ of Law 51 of 2004. The duration of the nominated bidder’s engagement is /6/ Months from the date of referral. Warranty period: Six months or consumption of materials, whichever comes first. The value of the terms booklet is /20 thousand / L. S - Legal, financial and technical conditions books will be obtained from the Authority’s Contracts Department until the end of official working hours - Bids will be submitted to the hospital’s general office until two-thirty..
