Technical The bidder has the right to bid in foreign currencies in accordance with what is stated in Communication No. 26/B/15 dated 10/21/2014 in line with the Prime Minister’s Circular 260/15 dated 11/21/2023. Temporary insurances according to the table of quantities attached to the technical booklet are provided under a guarantee. Banking from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or a check certified by the order of the Ministry of Health. The check to the order of the order is not accepted. Final deposits are 10% of the referral value . The late fine is one per thousand for each day of delay. The execution period is 60 days from the date the direct order reaches the file price of /100,000/ LBP. O Place of delivery The warehouses of the requesting parties Items are divisible The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the nominated bidder, six months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law No. 51 of 2004. Required papers An envelope of the identification documents stipulated in Law No. 51 . / for the year 2004 and a subscription fee of /100,000/SYP, including temporary insurance + forms + financial offer envelope.
