Or in its office in Aleppo located in Al-Furqan, Syriatel Street, next to the New Horizon Institute Phone 0212636402 2) The deadline for submitting bids is at 12:00 on 5/9/2023 and any offer submitted after this date will be rejected 3) The date of the bidding session at 14:00 pm on 5/9/2023 at the headquarters of the association 4) Temporary insurances estimated at SYP 800,000 only eight hundred thousand Syrian pounds only 5) The final insurance is equivalent to (10%) ten percent of the total value of the contract 6) Duration of engagement Offer • The bidder remains attached to his offer for a period of fifteen days from the day following the date of the end of the submission of offers • The nominated contractor remains attached to his offer for a period of twenty days from the day following the date of notification of the letter of transmittal.
