Temporary insurance Fifty million Syrian pounds Final insurance [10%] Ten percent of the total value of the referral Contract period as contained in the technical, financial and legal conditions book Delay fines[0.005] Five per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total contract value The period of the bidder's engagement with his offer Ninety calendar days from the date of submission of the offer The auction shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of paragraph [b] of Article (80) of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 at twelve o'clock on 11/9/2023 at the building of the General Organization of Civil Aviation in Damascus, Nejmeh Square, those who wish to participate in the auction must come to the building of the General Organization of Civil Aviation in Damascus on the date specified above, accompanied by preliminary insurances, identification papers, a subscription request of 100000,50 SYP, and a war effort stamp of 50 SP and 200000 SYP. o For reconstruction with the necessary permits and the necessary financial stamps as a prerequisite that entitles him to enter the auction.
