Military Medical Services Administration / Damascus - Barzet Al-Balad - next to Tishreen Military Hospital / Obtaining books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the schedule of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement in exchange for payment of their value amounting to 5000 SYP only, five thousand Syrian pounds and nothing more. 100,000/SYP only, one hundred thousand Syrian pounds, a request to participate in submitting offers. Bids are submitted in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and on it is written the subject of the request for bids, sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 AD, and the bids are delivered by hand or Sent by registered mail . Bids are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 of Law No. 2 dated 2/1/2022 regarding Ministry of Defense contracts..
