Obtaining the legal, financial and technical conditions books and the bill of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement in exchange for paying its value of / 5000 / L0 only five thousand Syrian pounds only and / 100000 / SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds Request a subscription to submit offers. Bids shall be submitted in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope entitled to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and the subject of the request for tenders shall be written on it stamped to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until 2 pm on Monday, 9/10/2023 AD, and the offers shall be received by hand or sent by guaranteed mail. The bids are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 of Law No. 2 dated 1/2/2022 on the contracts of the Ministry of Defense..
