The bidder has the right to bid in foreign currencies in accordance with what is stated in Communication No. 26/B/15 dated 10/21/2014. In line with the Prime Minister’s Circular 260/15 dated 11/21/2013, the initial insurance / 27,750,000 / S.P. only twenty-seven million seven hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only, provided under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or a certified check according to the order of the Ministry of Health A check to his order is not accepted. Final deposits are 10% of the referral value. The fine for delay is one per thousand for each day of delay. The implementation period is /90/days. The price of the file is /100,000/ LBP. s The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the nominated bidder, it is /6/ months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law No. 51 of 2004. Required papers: An envelope of the identification papers stipulated in Law No. 51 of 2004 and a subscription application with a stamp affixed with the value /100,000/SYP, including temporary insurance + a technical envelope + a financial offer envelope. The books of legal, financial and technical conditions are obtained from the Contracts Department at the Ministry of Health during the official working hours. The offer is submitted to the office of the Contracts Department at the Ministry of Health until the end of the official working hours on 10/8. /2023.
