Those who wish to participate should check with the General Administration of the real estate bank-governorate Square to obtain a copy of the legal and technical conditions book for an amount of 150,000 LS one hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only, offers are submitted to the General Administration of the real estate bank – Damascus Governorate square - Temporary insurance 60,000,000 for 0s only sixty million Syrian pounds only - Final insurances 10 % of the total contract value - The period of the exhibitor's engagement with his offer the exhibitor is considered to be engaged with his offer for two months starting from the day following the last date of submission of offers - The period of engagement of the nominated exhibitor with his offer the nominated exhibitor remains attached to his offer for a period of three months starting from the day following the date of notification of the assignment of the pledge to him - The execution period is 90 calendar days starting from the date of issuing a written direct order - The delay penalty is equivalent to 0.001 one thousand of the total value of the contract - This announcement is subject to the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 - The bidder on whom the offer is anchored shall bear the advertising expenses, fees, taxes and financial stamps incurred on both copies of the contract.
