Whoever wishes to participate should contact the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank - Al-Muhafaza Square to obtain a copy of the book of legal and technical conditions for an amount of 150,000 SYP, one hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only. Offers will be submitted to the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank - Damascus, Al-Muhafaza Square - Temporary Insurance 60,000,000 SYP only . Sixty million Syrian pounds only - The final guarantees are 10% of the total value of the contract - The period of the bidder’s binding to his offer. The bidder is considered bound to his offer for a period of two months starting from the day following the last date for submitting offers. - Duration of the nominated bidder’s binding to his offer.
