The bidder has the right to bid in foreign currencies in accordance with what is stated in Communication No. 26/B/15 dated 10/21/2014. In line with the circular of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers 260/15 dated 11/21/2023, the initial deposits / 383,737,500 / S.P. only three hundred and eighty-three million seven hundred and thirty-seven thousand and five hundred Syrian pounds only, provided under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the country Syrian Arab Bank or a certified check to the order of the Ministry of Health. The check to the order of the Ministry of Health is not accepted. Final deposits are 10% of the value of the referral. The fine for delay is one per thousand for each day of delay. The implementation period is /90 days. The price of the file is /100,000/SYP. The duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the nominated bidder, it is /6/ months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004. Required papers: An envelope of the identification documents stipulated in Law /51/ of 2004 and a subscription fee of /100,000 / S.P., including temporary insurance + technical offer envelope + financial offer envelope. Legal, financial, and technical condition books are obtained from the Contracts Department at the Ministry of Health during official working hours..
