The tender was published by COOPERATIVE AGRICULTURAL BANK on 30 Aug 2023 for Tenders are invited for To Rehabilitate the Building and Warehouses of the Cooperative Agricultural Bank Branch in Sheikh Badr Agricultural Cooperative Bank Announcing an internal request for proposals under the sealed conditions for the rehabilitation of the building and warehouses of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank branch in Sheikh Badr The General Organization of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank - the General Administration in Damascus - announces the procedure for an internal request for proposals in a sealed envelope in accordance with the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 /of 2004 on the rehabilitation of the building and warehouses of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank branch in Sheikh Badr, according to the technical, financial and legal condition books prepared for this purpose, the offers are submitted attached to all the supporting documents to the Office of the General Directorate of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank in Damascus until the end of official business from Tuesday, 19/9/2023 in accordance with following Temporary insurance/18050000 / LX only eighteen million and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only Final insurances 10% of the contract value upon referral Duration of execution: is six months The nominated contractor shall remain attached to his offer for a period of ninety days from the date of the day following the notification in writing of the referral of the request for proposals to him The exhibitor remains attached to his offer for a period of six months from the date of registration of the offer at the General Administration Office of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank The prices provided are final and do not accept any break The exhibitor must be registered in the commercial register and in one of the chambers of Commerce or industry The price of the tender is / 50000 / L.O only fifty thousand Syrian pounds, only under penalty of refusing the offer.
