According to the book of technical, financial and human rights conditions under the unified system of contracts promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004, the value of the estimated statement / 70127500 / S. Primary insurance / 3507000 / S.P. only three million five hundred and seven thousand Syrian pounds only, the initial insurances shall be provided to the order of the Ministry of Justice either in cash in the trust account at the Central Treasury at the Ministry of Finance, under a bank guarantee or a certified check issued by one of the resident banks approved by the competent public authorities in the Arab Republic Syrian final insurance: 10% of the referral value. Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed (20%) of the contract value. Execution period: /40/ forty days only from the day following the contractor shall be notified of the letter of the commencement order. The commitment period of the offer is 90 days from the day following the date of the end of the offer. Offers shall be submitted at the office of the Ministry of Justice in the Mezzeh highway until the end of the working hours on Wednesday, 8/11/2023 AD , that the exhibitor must be classified as category IV + V.
