Bidder should submit his offer in three sealed envelopes, to be put in fourth envelope addressed to :Syrian Railways P.O.Box 182 – Aleppo – Syria - Secretary of Purchasing Committee Call for offers No: 2/2023-Closing date: The end of the official working day of Wednesday,6, December , 2023. Each offer submitted after the closing date will be rejected •Bid Bond : /Euro 300000 / Say Three Hundred Thousand Euro for the foreign bidder and / SP 2700000000/ Say Two Billion Seven Hundred Million Syrian Pounds for the local bidder. •Performance Bond 10 % of total contract value. •The bidder’s commitment period with his offer : / 180 / calendar day starting from the day following to the last date of submitting the offers. •The Candidate contractor’s commitment period with his offer : / 180 / calendar day starting from the day following to the date of contractor’s notifications about awarding the bid. •Delivery period : / 450/ calendar day from the date of the order to commence (for the Foreign Bidder and for the Local Bidder ) Partial delivery is allowed ..
