Execution Period12Months from the date of being notified with the order of commencement Performance Bond 10% of the total value of the contract. Daily Delay:one per thousand of the total value of the contract. Bidder's commitment Period to his bid: 180 days (from the date of the bid submission( The candidate's commitment Period :180 days from the day that follows the notification )in writing) of the contract awarding to him. Success Mark at least 80%. Bases of technical Evaluation: attached to the book of special conditions. - The local bidder can submit his bid in Euro currency and provide documents proving that the materials are imported from abroad. The Bids accompanied with the Bid Bond will be submitted to the registration office at Directorate of Procurement and fixed assets in the Syrian Telecom S.A Headquarters (Damascus- Mazzeh Fayez Mansour St.) until the end of the official working hours of 4/9/2023..
