Those wishing to submit a request for offers can review the book of legal and financial conditions, the book of technical conditions, the conditions that must be met by participants, and the documents required of them in accordance with the provisions of Article /16/ of Law No. /2/ dated 3/1/2022 AD and its amendments in the office of the Chairman of the Air Force and Defense Contracts and Tenders Committee. During the official working hours, those wishing to obtain a copy of the book of legal and financial conditions and the book of technical conditions in exchange for payment of a value of /6000/SYP only, six thousand Syrian pounds only. Bids are submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article No. (35) of Law No. /2/ dated 1/3/2022 AD and its amendments within three closed envelopes. These envelopes are placed within a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and on it is written the subject of the request for bids in accordance with the book of legal and financial conditions. Affixed to the subscription application /100,000/SYP is a financial stamp fee / 300 / War Effort Stamp Duty / 200 / SP Martyr’s Stamp Duty / 10030 / SP Add the National Reconstruction Contribution resulting from the Financial Stamp Duty and the War Effort Duty / 5100 / SP Local Administration Fee resulting from the Financial Stamp Duty The total war effort stamp duty is / 115,630 / SYP..
