The contract period/ 120 / calendar day starts from the day after the delivery of the work site0 The tender is conducted in accordance with the unified public entities contracts system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the general conditions Book issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and in accordance with the special technical conditions book and the special legal and financial conditions book ,and the bidder is considered familiar with the project according to the following conditions: Estimated disclosure value: (182.025.000) L.O only one hundred eighty-two million twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds, nothing more . Initial guarantees: (5%) of the estimated disclosure value is valid until the end of the exhibitor's engagement with his offer. Final insurances: (10 %) of the contract value. Penalties for delay: (0,001) of the total amount contracted for each day of delay. The period of the bidder's engagement with his offer:(60) days from the date of submission of offers . The duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer :(180) days from the day following the date of notification of the referral order. All expenses, taxes, fees and all expenses arising from the contract, including the fees for posting the advertisement and the stamp fee on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor..
