Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the schedule of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the announcement for the payment of its value of/5000/L0 only five thousand Syrian pounds and /100000/ L.O only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds tender subscription request Bids are submitted in two sealed envelopes and placed in a third envelope entitled in the name of the entity in need and the subject of the tender and the date of the opening of the bids is stamped to the contracts and tenders committee until twelve noon on Thursday, the date of: 21/ 9 /2023 offers are delivered by hand or sent by secured mail The offers are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article /19/ of Law No. 2 /dated 1/2/2022 on contracts of the Ministry of Defense. The tender session will be held at the Office of the contracts and tenders committee of the Military Medical Services Department at half past one on Thursday, 21/9/2023.
