Obtaining the legal, financial and technical conditions books and the bill of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement in exchange for paying its value of / 5000 / L0 only five thousand Syrian pounds only and / 100000 / SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds Request to participate in the tender. Bids shall be submitted in two sealed envelopes and placed in a third envelope entitled to the name of the party in need, on which the subject of the tender shall be written, and the date of opening the bids shall be sealed to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until twelve o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday, date: 19/11/2023 AD, and the offers shall be received by hand or sent by guaranteed mail. The bids shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Law No. 2 dated 1/2/2022 on the contracts of the Ministry of Defense.
