Those wishing to participate in the request for offers who meet the conditions contained in the book of legal and financial conditions 0 can obtain the documents related to the request for offers from the Contracts and Tenders Committee in the Vehicles Department (Damascus - Dimas - Military Driving School - Tel: (3213021 - 3933204) after paying the price of the file (15000) SYP only fifteen thousand Syrian pounds in the public central treasury account opened at the Central Bank of Syria under No. 23/2501, according to a financial receipt submitted with the technical and financial offer. The technical and financial offers shall be submitted to the Contracts and Tenders Committee in three closed envelopes. These envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the Vehicles Department. On it shall be written the subject of the request for proposals and the date specified for the closing of offers, provided that they reach the Department within a maximum period of the end of the official working hours from (Tuesday) located in 5/9/2023 A.D. and organized in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of Law No. (2) of 2022 A.D. Any offer submitted after this date will be rejected, and any offer whose basic supporting documents are incomplete will not be accepted..
