This is after paying the strike price (15000) L.X only fifteen thousand Syrian pounds, only in the general central treasury account opened with the Central Bank of Syria under No. 2501/23, under a financial receipt provided with the technical and financial presentation Technical and financial offers are submitted to the contracts and tenders committee within three closed envelopes and these envelopes are placed within a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the Department of vehicles and the subject of the request for proposals and the date specified for the dissolution of the offers are written on it, provided that they reach the department within a maximum period of the end of the official working day from (Saturday) on 11/11/2023 and are organized in accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of Law No. 2 of 2022 Rejects any offer made after this date, and does not accept any offer whose basic identification papers are incomplete..
