Seventy-four million, five hundred and five thousand Syrian pounds only, not other than final insurances 10% of the referral Duration of implementation of the undertaking: within /45/ forty-five days from the date of the commencement order Delay fines one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract Period of the bidder's association with his offer: The bidder remains linked to his offer for a period of /90/ days from the day following the end of the date of submission of offers, and the nominated contractor remains linked to his offer throughout this period. By a written letter registered in the Office of the Directorate of Health, otherwise his association with his offer shall be renewed for another period that shall apply starting from the day following the date of expiry of the period given to the nominated contractor and so on every time, provided that the period of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer does not exceed six months Warranty period: One year from the date of temporary receipt According to the technical.
