Obtaining the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the schedule of quantities as of the day following the date of the first publication of the announcement for payment of its value of/5000/L0 only five thousand Syrian pounds and /100000/ L.O only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds request for participation in the tender. The bids shall be submitted within an envelope and placed in a second envelope entitled in the name of the entity in need and the subject of the tender and the date of the release of the bids shall be stamped to the contracts and tenders committee until twelve noon on Saturday date: 26/ 8 / 2023 offers are delivered by hand or sent by secured mail .
