Will be paid to the central treasury at the Ministry of finance or the Finance Directorate of Quneitra Initial insurances: 5% of the estimated disclosure value/410000000 / four hundred and ten million Syrian pounds only Issued by the Directorate Final insurances: 10% of the referral value Execution period: /45 / forty-five days from the day following the date of receipt of the direct order or delivery of the work site, whichever is later Delay fines: one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed (20%) of the total value of the contract The period of the bidder's engagement with his offer / sixty days / from the date of the end of the submission of offers, as for the nominated bidder / six months / from the date of assignment.
