The tender was published by ENGINEERS ADMINISTRATION on 09 Oct 2023 for Tenders are invited for Provide Materials (inkwells and other materials) Engineers Department Announcement of a request for tenders for the second time The Chairman of the Contracts and Tenders Committee in the Engineers Department announces the need of the Ministry of Defense - Engineers Department to secure materials (inkwells and other materials) under an internal contract in the method of submitting bids Those wishing to submit a request for proposals can view the documents related to it (Technical Conditions Book No. / 28 / dated 3/6/2023 and the legal and financial conditions book) at the Office of the Contracts and Tenders Committee at the Engineers Department as of (Thursday) on (5/10/2023 AD) Offers shall be submitted to the Engineers Administration Bureau after viewing them from the Contracts and Tenders Committee as follows within three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope entitled in the name of the entity specified in the advertisement and the subject of the request for proposals shall be written on it as follows A- The first envelope: contains the following 1- Documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in Article 16 of Law No. 2 of 2022 and other required conditions (commercial registration document - chamber of commerce registration document - non-paper An employee from the General Register of State Employees – Summary of a criminal record – Declaration of commitment to boycott Israel – A permit not to be deprived of entering into tenders or contracting with ministries or other public bodies or having his funds seized in a precautionary attachment for the benefit of public authorities or an executive attachment – a copy of the identity – a document of subscription to the official announcement bulletin).
