The bidder has the right to bid in foreign currencies in accordance with what is stated in Communication No. 26/B/15 dated 10/21/2014 in line with Prime Minister’s Circular No. 260/15 dated 11/21/2013. Temporary insurance: According to the table of quantities attached to the technical specifications booklet, it is provided under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or a certified check to the order of the Ministry of Health. A check to its order is not accepted. 1- Final insurance: 10% of the referral value. 2- Delay fine: one per thousand for each day of delay. 3- Implementation period: 60 days from the date of notification of the direct order. 4- File price: 100,000 SYP. 5- Place of delivery: warehouses of the requesting parties. 6- The items are divisible - The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting offers, while for the nominated bidder /6/ months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004. - Required documents: An envelope of the identification papers stipulated in Law / 51 / for the year 2004 and a stamp subscription fee of - /100,000/ SYP, including temporary insurance + forms + financial offer envelope. - Submitted forms will not be returned..
