Temporary insurances according to the table of quantities attached to the technical conditions booklet are offered. Pursuant to a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or a certified check for the health order. The check for the health order is not accepted. Final deposits are 10% of the referral value . The late fine is one per thousand for each day of delay. The implementation period is 60 days from the day following the date of receipt of the direct order. Place of delivery. Warehouses of the requesting parties. File price /100,000/ LBP. The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the nominated bidder, it is six months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004. Required papers: An envelope of the identification papers stipulated in Law 51 of 2004 and a subscription fee of 100,000 . /S.P., including temporary insurance + forms + financial offer envelope. The submitted forms must not be returned. Legal, financial and technical condition books are obtained from the Contracts Department at the Ministry of Health during the official working hours..
