Initial deposits /40,000,000/SYP only forty million Syrian pounds provided under a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic or A certified check to the order of the Ministry of Health. The check to the order of the Ministry of Health is not accepted. Final deposits are 10% of the value of the referral. The fine for delay is one per thousand for each day of delay. The implementation period is /90/days. The price of the file is /100,000/SYP. The duration of the bidder’s commitment to his offer is six months from the date of the end of submitting bids. As for the nominated bidder, it is six months from the date of referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law 51 of 2004. Required papers: An envelope of the identification documents stipulated in Law 51 of 2004 and a subscription application with a stamp of 100,000 LBP affixed to it . S, including temporary insurance + a technical envelope + a financial offer envelope. Legal, financial, and technical condition books are obtained from the Contracts Department at the Ministry of Health during the official working hours. Offers are submitted to the office of the Contracts Department at the Ministry of Health until the end of the official working hours on 10/5/2023.
