Announcement of an Internal Tender The Chairman of the Armament Department Contracts and Tenders Committee announces the need of the Ministry of Defense - Armament Department to purchase the following materials: (a chromatographic spectroscopic analytical device). Those wishing to participate in this tender must review the legal and financial conditions booklet and the technical conditions booklet located in the Contracts and Tenders Committee in Administration, starting from 8:00 am on Tuesday, 10/17/2023 AD, until 14:00 noon on Thursday, 11/2/2023 AD. Those wishing can also obtain a copy of the conditions books upon paying their value amounting to (5000) LBP. The financial offers and supporting documents will be submitted together in two sealed envelopes, and these two envelopes will be placed in a third envelope on which the subject of the tender and the date of the tender session will be written, until 14:00 noon on Thursday, 2/11/2023 AD, and initial deposits of 30,000,000/ only thirty million will be attached to them. Only Syrian pounds must be submitted by check or bank guarantee. Any insurance that is not officially certified is not accepted. The subscription application must be submitted with a financial stamp of 100,000 SYP + 300 SYP war effort + 200 SYP martyr stamp. The tender session will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, in the Armament Department building - Contracts and Tenders Office. The final deposits are set at 10% of the referral value . Implementation period: Within 30 days from the date of informing the contractor of the order to begin implementation. Duration of the bidder’s commitment. With his offer: 90 days, starting from the date of his registration in the administration office. Duration of the nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer: Six months, starting from the date he is notified of the referral to him.
