On the project file according to the following conditions: The value of the estimated statement is (213,950,000) SP only, two hundred and thirteen million, nine hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds only. Initial bonds (5%) of the estimated statement value are valid until the bidder's commitment to his offer ends. Final bonds (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay. The period of engagement of the tenderer with his offer is (60) days from the date of submission. Bids Duration of engagement of the nominated contractor with his offer (180) days from the day following the date of notification of the referral order to him All expenses, taxes and fees and all expenses arising from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp fee on the two copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor.
