Any offer whose value exceeds SYP 1000000,10000,161331 shall be rejected unless it is attached to a subscription document to the official bulletin of announcements. The exhibitor is required to be registered and classified as "assets" in the Syrian Contractors Syndicate, specializing in electricity or mechanics, of the excellent, first or second categories, as well as the engineer, the exhibitor, specializing in electricity or mechanics, those wishing to participate must review the Contracts Department to obtain the special conditions books for an amount of // S.P .
