Those wishing to submit these materials can view and obtain the technical and special conditions books and related documents in the Informatics Department building - Beirut Street - next to the Officers Club, at the office of the Chairman of the Tenders Committee in the Informatics Department, for an amount of 5000 Syrian pounds. The technical and financial offers shall be submitted in three sealed envelopes, and these envelopes shall be placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the Informatics Department within a maximum period of time at the end of the official working day on Monday, September 25, 2023 AD. It is regulated in accordance with the provisions of Articles 16-35 of Law No. 2 of 3/1/2022, accompanied by temporary bonds. The delivery period is 45 days, starting from the day following the notification of the contractor with the direct order . The commitment of the nominated contractor / 6/ months from the date of his notification of the referral to him in accordance with the provisions of Article / 30 / of Law No. / 2 / of 2022 AD . The following figure A - Temporary bonds: presented at a rate of /5%/ of the total value of the pledge for each item as contained in the book of legal and financial conditions, along with the fees incurred for the temporary guarantees, which are /50,000/ SP as a financial stamp fee and /5000/ SP. s Addition of the national contribution for reconstruction resulting from the financial stamp duty and /2500/SYP local administration fee resulting from the financial stamp duty..
