The bidder is considered familiar with the project file according to The following conditions: The estimated initial insurance is /20,000,000/ SYP only, twenty million Syrian pounds, not including the final insurance: (10%) of the contract value. Delay fines: (0.001) of the total contracted value for each day of delay. Duration of the bidder’s engagement with his offer: (60) days from the date of submitting bids. Duration of the nominated contractor’s engagement with his offer: (90) days from the day following the date of his notification of the referral order. He shall bear all expenses, taxes, and fees. All expenses resulting from the contract, including the fees for publishing the advertisement and the stamp duty on both copies of the contract, are the responsibility of the contractor. The offers must be submitted to the office of the General Corporation for Road Transport in Damascus or sent by registered mail, provided that they arrive and are registered at the office of the Corporation in both cases before the end of official working hours on Sunday..
