Bids shall be submitted to the Authority's office located in (Damascus - Mezze - Mouwasat Street) until half past two in the afternoon on Sunday, 27/8/2023, and all offers that do not reach the Diwan will be rejected on time, and the offers will be closed on Monday, 28/8/2023 at exactly nine thirty in the morning at the headquarters of the.
