The design and implementation of the Mosques aims to improve the quality of the neighborhood atmosphere and will contribute to the vision in keeping with the goals and objectives of Abu Dhabi Plan 2040 and development of the public realm that positively impacts the lives of diverse user groups and residents. The vision is to develop ‘attractive sustainable high quality open spaces’ which encourages community participation and involvement, provides safe and pleasant outdoor facilities which respect the traditional values of the community. The project is located within the Al Falah area as shown in the project location plan below. The Scope of Work requires: • Design and Construction of 5 no. Mosques. • Associated Car Park and Landscaping to tie into full plot. The Contractor will develop the Community Mosque Concept provided by DMT, and integrate it into the site plot including the layout of the car park and associated landscaping. All works shall be constructed as per the most up to date Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC) Technical Specifications, Standard Drawings, and all other relevant stakeholders’ standards..
