Vendor must ensure seamless coverage during leaves by assigning equally qualified replacements. 3. Equipment Provision: j. Vendor must provide and maintain all required equipment, including but not limited to: i. Cameras: 1. 4K Camera 2. GoPro or action cameras for dynamic shots and special angles 3. Gimble 4. 4X extra battery ii. Lenses: 1. Wide-angle, zoom, and prime lenses (16, 35,50,85, 105, 200 and 300 mm, etc) iii. Stabilization: 1. Gimbals/stabilizers 2. Tripods and monopods iv. Lighting: 1. Portable and studio-quality LED lighting kits v. Audio: 1. High-quality audio equipment, including multiple types of microphones (e.g., lapel, shotgun, wireless, handheld). Vendor must provide a mix of microphone types or indicate what is not available. vi. Post-production: 1. High-performance laptops 2. Licensed editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop) vii. External storage devices and/or secure cloud-based storage for file transfer and backup viii. ND filter ix. Backdrop in green and white 4. Deliverables: k. High-quality photography and videography content per DOH standards l. Timely edited versions of footage and photos m.
