The tender was published by PETROCHINA INTERNATIONAL IRAQ FZE on 17 Oct 2023 for Tenders are invited for Provision of CPF-1, HPS, WIS, WISU, GLP AND GDU Main Facilities Comprehensive Operation Service- y2024 - y2029 Issue Date 16/10/2023 08:00 Bid Closing Date 26/11/2023 14:00 Scope of Work The brief scope of supply/work for this tender shall be inclusive of but not limited to the following: • In normal circumstances, the contractor shall run all the rotary equipment & static equipment at the CPF-1, HPS, WIS, WISU, GLP and GDU main facilities in accordance with the Standard Operation Procedures and best international practices. • The comprehensive operation service will include daily operation, chemical handling • Collection of crude/water/gas sampling, troubleshooting, inspection and repair activities including the provision of one rental pickup truck for Missan Oil Company (MOC) Operation Team. • Contractor at its cost shall develop a structural training program (classroom & site) for national staff. • Preparation and implementation of standard operating procedure for all the operational activities, troubleshooting and repair in the CPF-1, HPS, WIS, WISU, GLP and GDU main facilities considering hazardous H2S environment. • Preparation and implementation of safe work practices for the CPF-1, HPS, WIS, WISU, GLP and GDU main facilities in H2S environment. • Monitoring and control of the facilities from the DCS / SSS system console with Marshalling /MCC and CCTV CAMERA in the control room, and communication through the Radio channel with the plant team. • Operating, troubleshooting, chemical handling/sampling, monitoring and control of the entire plant activities. • Troubleshooting, planning and rectifying the operation and performance-related problems in the CPF-1, HPS, WIS, WISU, GLP and GDU main facilities. Contractor shall manage and carry out all breakdown work and any associated work required as part of their normal duties and management responsibilities, such work shall be completed safely..
