SOURCE OF RESOURCES The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is granting financing for this acquisition, within the framework of the Program to improve equity and access to quality education at all levels and strengthen the relevance of the educational offer to achieve the inclusion of the most vulnerable population and the productive transformation of the Province . . 2.2 The Executing Agency is responsible for this procurement process, for which it appoints the Executive Committee of the process and invites proposals for the required contracting. 2.3 The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration established in the Policy for Obtaining Goods, Works, Services and Consultancies with CABEI Resources and its Application Rules , which are found under the following address at the website: https://www.bcie.org . 3. PRESENTATION OF THE PROCESS 3.1 General objectives of the acquisition: The building is on two levels, there are two covered patios linked at one end, one to the other, around these are the classrooms, bathrooms and administrative areas. The construction is traditional with plastered masonry and a structural system with H° A° porticos. The project contemplates to solve all the pathologies resulting from the lack of maintenance, among the most evident are the poor condition of the roof of the largest patio, leaks in the flat roof of H° A°, poor condition of the toilets of students, malfunctioning of the drinking water pumping system and paint in poor condition..
