SOURCE OF RESOURCES The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is granting financing for this acquisition, within the framework of the Program to improve equity and access to quality education at all levels and strengthen the relevance of the educational offer to achieve the inclusion of the most vulnerable population and the productive transformation of the Province . . 2.2 The Executing Agency is responsible for this procurement process, for which it appoints the Executive Committee of the process and invites proposals for the required contracting. 2.3 The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration established in the Policy for Obtaining Goods, Works, Services and Consultancies with CABEI Resources and its Application Rules , which are found under the following address at the website: https://www.bcie.org . 3. PRESENTATION OF THE PROCESS 3.1 General objectives of the acquisition: Comprehensive renovation of the entire building. Change of the metal roof and complete demolition of premises for future expansions and mainly to solve the provision and storage of drinking water (the school is left without supply for days). Guarantee accessibility for the entire school population by proposing a system of ramps. Build a new kitchen, entry-level living room and semi-covered SUM, on the only free side of the central patio, to ¿close¿ and prioritize this space.
