The three Renewal SA direct delivery projects the subject of this EOI are: Lot 51 Third Street, Bowden – Approximately 60 affordable rental apartments in a mixed-use building. Lot 18 Churchill Road, Prospect – Approximately 30 affordable rental apartments Lot 59 Prospect – Approximately 42 affordable rental apartments. The purpose of the EOI is to shortlist potential suppliers to be used in future procurements for the individual projects within RSA’s Affordable Housing program of works identified above.
