Council will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the successful Tenderer. In the event that the District Council of Robe becomes the host Council for the Limestone Coast Southern Regional Assessment Panel (LCSRAP), the Planning Consultant will perform the functions of the Assessment Manager for all participating Councils.
