Brief Description of Assignment: Expression of interest (EOI) is invited for appointment of Consultant for Detailed Feasibility Study (DFS), Initial Environmental Examination (IEE), Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Study (ESIA), Route Survey (RS), Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for Transmission Line of Gazaria 50 MW Solar PV Power Plant Project at Gazaria, Munshiganj, Bangladesh. The Assignment will include the following: 1. Detailed Feasibility Study 2. IEE and ESIA Study 3. Route Survey (RS) 4. Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for Transmission Line Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: Application has been invited from the competent Consulting Firm who have provided consulting engineering services for Detailed Feasibility Study at least one 25 MW Solar PV Power Plant Project, Initial Environmental Examination, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Route Survey (RS), Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for Transmission Line within last 10 years. Consulting Firm may form Joint Venture/Consortium/ Association. In such case, Lead Partner must have experience in the field of consulting engineering services for Detailed Feasibility Study at least one 25 MW Solar PV Power Plant Project, Initial Environmental Examination, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Route Survey, Land Acquisition Plan and Resettlement Action Plan for Transmission Line within last 10 years. Other Details (if applicable): The intending consulting firms may collect the “Detailed Terms of Reference” as well as “EOI document" from RPCL office by submitting an application to the Executive Director (Engineering), Rural Power Company Limited, House No.-19, Road No.-1/B, Sector No.-09, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka- 1230, Bangladesh during office hours till 25/06/2023.The document is also available in RPCL's website: www.rpcl.gov.bd.
