Latest Asian Tenders
181,569 live tenders, updated daily.
Asia tenders on Tender Impulse come from central ministries, provincial and local governments, public hospitals and universities, state-owned power, oil and transport companies, and projects funded by development banks. The region stretches from Central and South Asia to East and Southeast Asia, so publication rules differ widely from one country to the next.
There are 181,569 open tenders from Asia on Tender Impulse today, published by buyers in 33 countries. In the past twelve months Tender Impulse recorded more than 2,500,000 notices from countries in Asia.
The countries with the most open tenders are India (69,990), China (50,868), Korea (14,258), Philippines (11,963), Kazakhstan (9,048) and Vietnam (6,589).
By sector, most open tenders in Asia fall under Infrastructure and construction, Healthcare & Medical, IT-Software, Management Consultancy, Transportation & Mobility and Education & Training.
National procurement portals
Most Asian governments publish on a national electronic system. India uses the Central Public Procurement Portal and the Government e Marketplace (GeM), with state portals alongside. China publishes on the China Government Procurement Network and provincial sites, Vietnam on its National E-Procurement System and the Philippines on PhilGEPS. In Indonesia, ministries, provinces and districts run their own LPSE units, so tendering is decentralised.
Development bank and donor-funded projects
The Asian Development Bank, based in Manila, finances many projects in the region. The borrower runs each tender, and ADB publishes the procurement notices for goods, works and consulting services on its website. World Bank projects follow a similar pattern, with notices in UN Development Business and on the World Bank website. Donor-funded tenders are often in English and open to international firms.
Language and market access
National notices appear in Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Russian and many other languages, so English searches miss a large share of them. Tender Impulse classifies notices by sector and CPV code, so alerts work regardless of language, and subscribers can request translation of tender details at no extra cost. Japan and Korea are parties to the WTO Government Procurement Agreement, which opens many larger contracts to foreign suppliers.
Narrowing the search
Alerts can be narrowed by country, buyer and deadline, and contract award data shows who won similar contracts and at what value. A free live demo shows real Asian notices before subscribing.
