Tenders are invited for Cement (API Class ‘G’), Cement Additives including Cement Analysis and Cementation Services with Cementing Equipment (Rental) for Sundalpur-4 Appraisal Cum Development Well. Eligibility of Tenderer: (a) For Manufacturer (API Class ‘G’ Cement and Cement Additives) i) Manufacturer must have valid API & ISO relevant certificate. ii) Manufacturer have overall 10 years’ experience of manufacturing of Cement (Class G, Spec-10A and Cement Additives. iii) Manufacturer must have 07 (Seven) Years’ specific Experience in Manufacturing Oil Well API Class ‘G’ Cement and Cement Additives and provide proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 02 end-user certificate. iv) An original printed catalogue of the manufacturer containing detail technical information (PDS & MSDS Sheet for each Chemical) on the quoted item should be submitted. Test/Chemical Analysis report for offered Cement and Cement Additives must be mentioned in Product Data Sheet (PDS). (b) For Supplier i) Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization letter from Manufacture. Manufacturer must be complying with Option-A Manufacturer. ii) The Tenderer shall be an internationally reputed Oil & Gas field Well Cementing Services Company having 10 (Ten) Years’ experience of supplying Cement (API Class G, Spec-10A) and Cement Additives including Cement Analysis. Tenderer must have expert cementation personnel for cementing job, slurry design and should be capable of Cementing Operations, Maintenance & troubleshooting of Cementing Unit at Wellsite. iii) Tenderer must have own Cementing unit and Cement analysis lab in Asia and associated facilities to conduct the mentioned services. iv) Bonafide Service Provider or their authorized agent of all countries except which countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
