The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building work successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk.200.00 Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi- Government Organization of Bangladesh [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd]. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.216.00 Lakh over the last 05[five]years [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd]. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines of the Tenderer shall be Tk.60.00 Lakh. Not before 11.05.2023. [This will be given by the proper format]. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 260.00 Lakh. 6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: i. Up to date Trade License. ii. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. iii. NID iv. Vat Registration Certificate v. Business Address. vi. Enclosed experience certificate for respective work. 7. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed. 8. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS).
