During the FY-2022-2023 Eligibility of Tenderer: 1) A minimum of 10 (Ten) years of general experience. 2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor Supplying of Furniture in a Single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk 500.00 Lac (Five Hundred lac ) in any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Private/Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Private/Autonomous Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate should be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done .3) i) Up to date Trade License, ii) Up to date TIN Certificate, iii) Up to date VAT Certificate, iv) Up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR.4. The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities unconditional of the Tenderer shall be Tk 500.00 Lac (Five Hundred lac )in the form of PG3-8. 5. PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all amendments) shall be followed. 6. Other terms and condition must be fulfilled that has been uploaded in the document section 7.
