(b) One Partner must have 40% of turn requirement and other partners separately must meet 25% (3) The Tenderer must have an experience of successful completion At last 1(one) contract of similar nature involving amounting of BDT 4.60 Cr. during last 05 Years in any Government Autonomous or Army/Navy/Air Force welfare trust project, shopping mall, commercial etc. and must be authenticated by the appropriate person/ authority. (4) The Tenderer must have average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6.20 Cr. over the last 05 years or best 03 years in the last 05 years. (5) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working Capital or credit line of The Tenderers shall be BDT 1.53 Cr.
