Minimum eligibility criteria of the Firm: The Firm will have all legal documents e.g. a) Trade license valid up to FY 2022-2023; b) Tax Clearance Certificate for the Income Year 2021-2022; c) VAT registration Certificate/BIN with VAT submission receipt; d) Must have the membership certificate of BASIS; e) Incorporation Certificate & Memorandum of Articles (if required-for limited firm only) ii. Copies of last 3 years Audited Financial Statement. iii. Brochure of the Firm. iv. Working capital or credit facilities with a minimum amount of liquid assets of Tk. 65,00,000.00 (Sixty Five) lac. v. At least 5 years of general experience in the field of developing Application Software. vi. At least 2 (Two) specific experiences (Development of HRIS/PMIS application & database maintenance) within the last 3(Three) years. For proving the specific experience, the firm shall submit both Contract Agreement & Completion Certificate. vii. List of major clients including their contract reference no., contract amount & Completion status. viii. Relevant documents in favour of logistics & organizational strength. ix. Name & CV of proposed key professional i.e. Software Developer. Association with foreign firms is: Not Applicable EOI Closing Date and Time: 09/04/2023 12:00 PM.
