The minimum specific experience as a Contractor/Sub-Contractor shall be: a) at least 01(one) contract of Installation of minimum 8” dia minimum 5.0 km long underground liquid hydrocarbon cross country pipeline with PLC/DCS/SCADA control system on turnkey basis having a value of at least Tk. 555 million or equivalent USD 5.30 million successfully completed within the last 10 years. or b) at least 01(one) contract of Installation of minimum 8” dia minimum 5.0 km long underground liquid hydrocarbon cross country pipeline on turnkey basis and at least a contract for installing PLC/DCS/SCADA control system in any petroleum installation on turnkey basis having a value combinedly of at least Tk. 555 million or equivalent USD 5.30 million successfully completed both within the last 10 years. or c) at least 01(one) contract of Installation of minimum 8” dia minimum 4.0 km long underground Jet A-1 cross country pipeline including PLC/DCS/SCADA control system on turnkey basis having a value of at least Tk. 555 million or equivalent USD 5.30 million successfully completed within the last 10 years. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 670 million or equivalent USD 6.40 million in the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 330 million or equivalent USD 3.2 million.
